ST-1500M is suitable for drilling coolant channels, injection channels and milling- pockets on big plastic molds. The max. drilling length is 1500mm.

ST-1500M milling & drilling machine has deep-hole drilling and milling function. It is suitable for machining coolant channels, injection channels, pockets and tapping on big plastic molds.
Drilling capacity is from ø5mm to ø40mm and the max. drilling length is 1500mm.
This machine is equpped with high-precision ballscrews, linear guide ways and servo motors, movements of all axis are nimble and high accuracy on repeat position.
Drilling spindle uses P4 high-precision bearing to offer smooth and precise rotation in high speed. The max. spindle speed is up to 8000rpm.
Dimensions of the work table is 1300x1800mm and can load component with 10tons. CNC rotary table is available in option.
Wide and rigid column provides the excellent support to Y-axis movement. Total machine weight is 24tons.
