Drilling capacity is from Ø5mm to Ø40mm and the max. drilling length is 1500mm.
ST-1500 is suitable for drilling coolant holes & inject pin holes on molds, tube holes of heat-exchangers, long mechanical sleeves and long aerospace parts.
High-precision linear guide ways are on all axis with C3 type of ballscrews and servo motors, movement of all axis is nimble and repeat-position is accurate.
Use P4 type of bearings in drilling spindle, there is a good performance in high speed. The max. spindle speed is 6000rpm.
Dimension of worktable is 1300x1800mm and the max. loading weight on the worktable is 10tons.
