ST-1500M milling & drilling machine is suitable for drilling coolant holes, injection holes, pin holes on the plastic injection molds. The machine has drilling capacity from ø5mm to ø40mm and the max. drilling length is up to 1500mm. Drilling spindle uses P4 high-precision bearing to offer smooth and precise rotation in high speed. The max. spindle speed is up to 8000rpm. Equipped with a CNC rotary table (1400x1600mm) and auxiliary BT40/BT50 spindle, the machine not only can gun drilling but also can milling and angle maching. Max. loading weight on the table is 10 tons and total machine weight is 25tons. The rigid structure provides the extreme stabilization for big hole drilling or heavy cutting.
